February Planner Spreads

With February coming to a close I thought it would be fun to look back and reflect on the planner spreads for the month. I also want to go over the details for each spread and what supplies I used to create them.

WEEK ONE

January 28th-February 3rd

For the first week of February I chose to create a more minimal spread. I was inspired by the talented @laenotes on Instagram. She has the most beautiful minimal planner spreads and her notes for school are breathtaking!

Here is a close up of this spread. To create this spread I used a Sakura Pigma Micron felt-tip pen and, a planner gal favorite, the Zebra Mildliner highlighters to color code for the week.

Mint: meal plan, Gold: gym/workouts, Violet: work to-do list, Smoke Blue: before bed tasks.

As for the stickers used in this weekly spread, I wanted to keep it as minimal as possible but I still need stickers to customize my Passion Planner so that it is the most useful to me. All of the stickers I used in the black swatch so that the colorful highlighting really popped.

As for the layout of the planner spread, I tried to stick to using the hourly timelines to plan out my day. My daily timeline usually starts with breakfast in the morning, the depending on the day, going to the gym right after or in the early afternoon. Next, I eat lunch and continue working on my to-do list for the day. Lastly, I end my day with dinner and any tasks I need to get done around the house or self care before bed. I also love using the Space of Infinite Possibility Covers to either divide out my to-do list for the week or to draw in a social media type tracker to track my Etsy sales and social media posts. Overall, I really enjoyed this planner spread! It was quick and easy to make which can be a challenge for pen-heavy spreads. It also left me with enough space to fit in everything that I needed to do for each day, from tackling my long to-do lists to my meal plans and fitness goals.

WEEK TWO

February 3rd-February 9th

This weeks spread was picked by the Instagram PashFam! They picked a plan-as-you-go type spread where you don't plan out your week in advance but instead fill out your planner each day as the day goes on. This is totally out of my comfort zone! I'm not really a messy stye planner gal!

I did struggle with the fact that I didn't place my Days of the Week stickers to change my Sunday start Passion Planner into a Monday start until half way though the week... So I wrote down important activities but the ended up being on the wrong day because I forgot to change the days! Whoops!

For this spread I continued to use the Zebra Mildliner Highlighters from Week One and my favorite pen, the Zebra Sarasa Clip gel pen in the 0.4 size. As well as my Days of the Week-Weekly-Flourish stickers in the Slate Gray color. This type of planner style is great for those that are in a rush and don't have time to plan their week out in advance. It wasn't my favorite style because I felt like I didn't have my week planned out and instead just focused on the tasks for the day one day at a time instead of seeing the big picture for the week.

WEEK THREE

February 11th-February 17th

This spread was dedicated to Valentine's Day! It was refreshing going back to using stickers in my planner again. I really missed it!

This week I used the Elizabeth color-palette. I'm not usually a "plan for the holidays" type of person so I thought this color palette was still feminine without being too in-your-face Valentine's Day themed. Here are the stickers that I used:

Days Of The Week-Weekly-Flourish

Miracle Morning SAVERS

Meal Break Stickers

Fitness Stickers

Word Bar Stickers (Before Bed, To-Do, Specific Daily Tasks)

WEEK FOUR

February 18th-February 24th

This week I was inspired by the #cbdplannerbingo board and decided to go all out and create an upside down spread!

This is probably the craziest planner spread I've ever created! The upside down spread was suggested by Ian when I was trying to think of ideas to include in the #cbdplannerbingo challenge. It was so ridiculous that I had to include and the PashFam did not disappoint in their upside down spreads. To create this spread I used the following stickers in the Quartz color:

Days Of The Week-Weekly-Flourish

Full Color Timeline Covers

Miracle Morning SAVERS

Meal Break Stickers

Fitness Stickers

Word Bar Stickers (Before Bed, To-Do, Specific Daily Tasks, Warlock)

Weekly Sidebar: Grid

Space of Infinite Possibility Cover: To-Do List

This spread was so much fun! I really liked having my to-do lists at the top of my week but would have flipped the Days of the Week stickers with the Miracle Morning stickers. It was also a challenge to flip between previous weeks because they were upside down!

If you want to praticipate in the #cbdplannerbingo challenge here are the prompts! Post your planner pictures on Instagram or in the Chelsea Brown Designs PashFam Facebook group and use the hashtag #cbdplannerbingo in your caption.

WEEK FIVE

February 24th-March 2

To knock another spot off of the #cbdplannerbingo I decided to do a black and white spread.

The stickers I used in this weeks spread are the following:

Days Of The Week-Weekly-Flourish

Full Color Timeline Covers

Miracle Morning SAVERS

Meal Break Stickers

Fitness Stickers

Word Bar Stickers (Before Bed, To-Do, Specific Daily Tasks, Warlock)

I also tested out a new pen for this week, the Pilot Razor Point Extra Fine tip pen. It's not as fine tipped as my favorite, Sakura Pigma Micron 01 pen but the felt tip on the Pilot Razor seems like it will last a lot longer than the thin tipped Micron.

I hope you enjoyed my planner spreads for the month of February! They were so much fun to create and I can't wait to see how March turns out! If there is a style you would like to see me do in the future please leave your suggestions in the comments below.
